Pacifica Construction Updates
With construction having commenced in November 2017, The Pacifica, located at 10-12 Commerce Street Auckland New Zealand, is advancing as per programme, having achieved the following milestones as at mid-March 2019:
• Building super structure level 17-18 completed
• Floor slab levels poured to level 16
• Car lift walls and level one podium slab formwork completed
• Installation of exterior façade ribbon at levels 7 and 8
Coming soon:
• Curtain wall installation to commence
• Further installation of façade ribbon
• Structural tower works and slab pouring continues
