IN THE MIDST OF THE POLITICAL UNCERTAINTY created by Brexit and the appointment of Donald Trump as US President, Europe now languishes in third behind Asia-Pacific and the US, as a destination for Asian outbound investment. That’s according to a recent investor intentions survey from global real estate group CBRE, which has singled out New Zealand as an increasingly popular destination for Asian investors.
